Overview
As a Manufacturing Technology Process Engineer for FEP, you will help ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production of advanced fluoropolymers. You’ll collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, and Technology to drive safety, quality, and sustainability improvements. You will lead root-cause analyses and continuous improvement initiatives, shaping processes that reduce life cycle costs and bolster reliability. This role sits at the interface of engineering and operations, offering hands-on impact in a global, sustainability-driven company.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Provide technical support for malfunctions, modifications, and process safety activities (PSM)
- Lead root cause analyses and continuous improvement projects
- Coordinate technical reviews and safety analyses (PHAs, MOCs, PSSRs)
- Initiate and implement process changes to improve safety, quality, sustainability, and cost
- Analyze process and operational data to identify improvement opportunities
- Support project proposals and investments to maximize reliability and minimize life cycle costs
- Draft, review, and improve procedures and technical documentation
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or comparable field
- Several years of relevant experience in production or process engineering
- Experience with polymerization processes, fluorochemicals, or reliability engineering is a plus
- Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus or willingness to learn
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience with process safety (PSM), statistical process control, or data analysis is a plus
- Proactive attitude, flexibility, and ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams
