Customer Service Representative- French speaker Temporary Location : Dordrecht Hours : Full-time Start Date : As soon as possible Contract : 6 months (with potential for extension) Salary : €3,250 – €4,250 gross per month + secondary benefits About the Role An international player in the manufacturing industry is seeking a proactive and service-minded Customer Service Representative to join their team in Dordrecht. In this role, you will be the first point of contact in the after-sales process, managing customer orders from receipt to delivery and invoicing. You will handle a dedicated and Polish customer portfolio and ensure a smooth and professional experience throughout the customer journey. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming orders via EDI, DASH, or other integrated tools Respond to product inquiries and resolve customer satisfaction issues Coordinate with warehouses, production, and carriers to arrange shipments Maintain accurate customer master data (Winshuttle) Execute daily reports for sales order management Handle complaints from start to resolution using Service Cloud Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Planning, and Purchasing Provide proactive communication to both internal and external customers What We’re Looking For Professional work experience in a business to business customer service role, preferably in an international environment Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken) Experience with SAP ECC, Service Cloud, and Microsoft Office applications Background in oil & gas, chemicals, or related industries is a plus Strong communication skills – accurate, polite, and professional Able to thrive in a fast-paced, complex business environment Proactive team player with a hands-on mentality Interviewsare taken place on short notice so if you are excited about this opportunity than please let us know as soon as possible.
